For HR, People & Culture and Leadership Teams

Pressure is up. Is your foundation?

The Executive Relation Resilience Program (ERRP) is not optional support. It is how your leaders keep performing when it counts, at work and at home.

01 — Why now

The red light is already blinking.

The pace is not going to slow down. Restructures, new technology, global teams, constant reprioritisation: pressure on leaders has outgrown what organisations were built to absorb.

Most companies keep investing in strategy, systems and speed. Few invest in the human foundation all of it depends on: the leader, and the relationship that carries them. The result is predictable: exhausted leaders, strained relationships, eroding trust, and performance that drops quietly until it becomes a business problem.

Burnout, attrition and broken teams are not HR issues. They are performance issues, and they are already on your balance sheet.

02 — The proof

The numbers are already moving.

27%

of managers worldwide are engaged at work, down from 30%

Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2025

70%

of the variance in team engagement comes from the manager

Gallup

20%

of employees globally are engaged; stress remains above pre-pandemic levels

Gallup, State of the Global Workplace 2026

"The earliest risks are personal. The consequences become organisational."

When a leader's private foundation gives way, the team feels it first.

03 — Executive Relation Resilience Program

The Executive Relation Resilience Program (ERRP)

The Executive Relation Resilience Program (ERRP) is not a perk and not a nice-to-have. It strengthens the relationship behind the role, so leaders stay steady, relationships stay intact and results keep coming when pressure is highest.

04 — The ERRP 4R Framework

Four steps. One stronger foundation.

Recognise. Reflect. Reconnect. Reinforce.

The ERRP 4R Framework is the structure behind the Executive Relation Resilience Program (ERRP): four phases that build a stronger foundation for a couple in 12–15 sessions of 90 minutes.

Leaders today carry more change than ever: restructurings, new roles, new technology, constant travel, being always on. That pressure doesn't stay at work. It comes home, and the relationship carries it. The Executive Relation Resilience Program (ERRP) gives executives and their partners a structured space to strengthen that relationship, so it can carry them through whatever comes next.
